Preferably male

Age minimum of 30 years old

Excellent communication in English and computer literate

Bachelor Degree (S1) from Hospitality Management or having minimum of 8 years working experience in hospitality industry (managerial position)

Hard working, possess strong communication and leadership skill, able to work in teams, open-minded, enthusiastic, creative and proactive

Willing to work in Jepara, Central Java

Work in conjunction with the Managing Director in developing the hotel

Plan, direct, and coordinate key issues occuring in the hotel including capital project, program planning, day-to-day operations, customer service, and marketing

Monitor hotel’s performance and initiate corrective actions

Provide effective leadership to all hotel team members

Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction in all aspects
