Customs Coordinator Job (Oil and Gas Manufacturing), Cilegon, Banten, Indonesia
Indonesia - Banten - Cilegon
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree (min.)
At least 5 years’ experience in a customs analysis role or job
Strong understanding of customs regulations and excellent knowledge of Bonded Zone and Free Trade Zone customs transactions
Good personal communication skills
Addresses problems properly and seeks quick solutions
Sensitive and early alert for any Customs transaction and any Customs regulation to apply
Has good relationships with Customs officers in the office and in the field
Experience with Customs audits preferred
Customs license holder would be preferable
Ready to immediate travel / visit to any customs office at any time
Ensure documents supports are available for preparation incoming/outgoing customs clearance
Followings customs documents processing status for incoming/outgoing tubulars (Cilegon/Batam)
Ensure only tubulars having proper customs documents, can enter or dispatch from Bonded Zone area/Free Trade Zone Batam
Task for Free Trade Zone Batam, include documents preparation for movement any material from Batam to Cilegon (as per regulation subject to customs Merak approval prior any movement from FTZ-BZ).
Ensure documents sending between FTZ-BZ and BZ-FTZ close properly the office of customs at destination (Batam/Merak)
Calculate the tax and duty to be paid for orders that require duty and tax payments (apply in Bonded Zone
Communicate ADFI for correct transfer payments value and Bank destination against the reference customs documents registered number
Bonded Zone monthly reports, check all incoming/outgoing customs documents for each transaction code (BC.2.3 BC.2.5, BC. 2.6.1, BC. 2.6.2 BC. 3.0, BC 4.0, BC. 4.1) and compare actual reports for incoming/outgoings
Ensure no documents missing reported monthly and each were closed properly
Bonded Zone 4 month report, provide to customs Merak office status report movements for Raw Material (in/out), WIP (in/out), Finish Goods (in/Out) as per regulation format
Monitor performance the customs agents, seek alternative new customs agent to have better competitive business
Visit as necessary, customs office Merak (service area), customs office Serpong (region area) or customs Jakarta (Head Office, seaport/airport customs office) and Customs Office Batam
Do customs agent Due Diligence as per BCCO's regulation
