Berpengalaman di bidangnya, minimal 2 tahun utk lulusan STM
Menguasai perawatan & perbaikan ME
Pengalaman menangani gardu listrik tegangan tinggi dan instalasi listrik
pabrik
Pengalaman menangani arus lemah dan arus kuat
Mampu mengoperasikan computer min. MS. Office
Kreatif dan mampu bekerja dalam tim dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
Bersedia bekerja mobile dan shift
Sanggup bekerja di bawah tekanan dan bersedia bekerja overtime jika
diperlukan
Jujur, kerja keras, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab

SUPERVISOR PRODUCTION (WORK LOCATION:CIBINONG)
Report To : Plant Manager
Mengawasi : Leader Cutting, Machining, Glass and Assembly

Job Purpose :
To Manage all direct Subordinate employee.
To Ensure the smooth running of the production process
To Ensure that all the products are produced to the specified specifications
Target and Deadline are met to achieve the orders
Key Responsible :
To take full responsibility in terms of management of employee, management
of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of
production processes
To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced in
line with the companies quality system, process and procedures
Manage, develop and motivate direct subordinate employee
Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance and
general issues
To ensure good communication is given either verbally or written to all
production employee
Problem solving and trouble shooting skills are used to ensure that all team
members can identify root causes and take fast containment and effective
action to resolve the problems in hand
To ensure that the training skills are met for current and future demands
To have an active role in the companies continuous improvement plan to
achieve plan for future growth within the company
Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace
All employee are responsible for ensuring company resources eg : electricity
power, water, raw material, etc are used in effective manner to ensure best
operating cost
Be able to make appropriate decisions while following the company
organizational structure
